Kirby´s quarterly earnings conference calls are open to the investing public so that all investors have timely and equal access to information provided by the Company. A toll-free telephone number, along with information required to participate in the call is posted on Kirby´s web page Calendar of Events approximately 10 days in advance of the quarterly earnings conference call, and included in a press release made several days in advance of the conference call.

An audio or written replay of the conference call is available for approximately one month after the call. The audio replay number is posted on the web page and included in the press release announcing the conference call.
